Marshall A. Yee
Marshall A. Yee has been practicing law in the Lansing area for over 20 years. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan, with honors. He obtained his law degree, cum laude, from Boston University in 1981. Marshall is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Federal Bar Association, Michigan State Bar and Ingham Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Robert J. Kempf
Robert J. Kempf is a life-long resident of Lansing. He has helped thousands of people with their financial problems. Robert received his B.A. degree from Michigan State and a law degree from Cooley Law School. After law school, he joined his father, a former Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, in his practice and learned bankruptcy law from the standpoint of the trustee.
During the ten years he worked with his father, he began working with individuals to help them with their financial obligations and has continued that practice for 25 years. For the last 15 years with his current partner, Marshall Yee, Robert has grown his practice. The practice now consists of assisting individuals with financial outcomes to help them regain control of their finances and their lives.
